Every day, more than 600 women are raped and sexually assaulted. We want to change that. Our "Tough as Nails" women's self-defense course will give you the tools and training to give you the best chance of keeping yourself safe. The course covers the basics of how to keep from becoming another harrowing statistic. Investigator Mike Cole is the instructor for the class.
